Welcome to Corner Luxe Consignment. By consigning or purchasing items through our store, whether in person or online, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both consignors (sellers) and buyers.

Consignors guarantee that all items consigned are legally owned and authentic. Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented goods will not be accepted under any circumstances. If such items are discovered, they will either be returned to the consignor or surrendered to the appropriate authorities.

Corner Luxe accepts only items that meet our quality and brand standards. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or return items that do not align with these standards.

Pricing for consigned items will be set by Corner Luxe based on market value, demand, and condition. To encourage sales, Corner Luxe may apply discounts or markdowns as needed.

All online orders are subject to approval by Corner Luxe. Placement of an order, even if confirmed on the website, does not guarantee fulfillment. Corner Luxe reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether a sale proceeds, is corrected, or is canceled. Customers are not required to pick up or complete any transaction unless Corner Luxe confirms the sale, and they will be notified if their order is affected.

Buyers understand that most items sold through Corner Luxe are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. Condition ratings such as Excellent, Very Good, or Good are provided to the best of our ability to help buyers make informed decisions.
